Fireborn Pottery Photo Contest

Thanksgiving 2017 at the Hetrick-Vito household

We’ve been making Fireborn dinnerware and serving pieces for over three decades and we recently wondered what our pieces look like in various homes and for various occasions. Thus, we decided to host a Photo Contest. If you are the owner of a set of Fireborn dinnerware or numerous Fireborn serving pieces, please consider sending photos to us for a chance to win the gorgeous bowl pictured below.

Photo Guidelines

Set your table for any of the holidays during the upcoming season, adding in glassware, napkins, centerpieces, etc. We are interested in “glamour” shots. Select your best photos and send them along to us. Details for submission are below.

Winners will be selected based upon quality and artistic merit of the photograph and the prominence and presentation of the Fireborn Pottery.

Fireborn students may enter the Student Division and submit images of their own pottery made at Fireborn Studios.

Prizes

First prize for the Fireborn Pottery contest is the beautiful 15.5″ trumpet-shaped bowl pictured below OR a similar bowl finished with Fireborn glazes selected by the winner (winner’s choice). Second prize is a baking dish finished with Fireborn glazes selected by the winner. Scroll down for prize images.

First prize for the Student Division is a free eight-week class. Second prize is 25 pounds of clay.

Any photos submitted will become the property of Fireborn Studios and may be used for promotional purposes.

Choices for SUBMITTING ENTRIES
  • Post to instagram using the hashtag #firebornphotocontest2019
  • OR, you can email photos to donna57@fireborn.com with the subject line of “Fireborn Pottery Photo Contest”
  • OR, you may also text your images if that is easier for you: 412-638-6919.

Please share some information about the occasion pictured and how long you have owned your Fireborn Pottery.

Students should indicate that they are entering the Student Division and provide a brief description of the pieces photographed.
