What to Bring

TOOLS AND SUPPLIES
Bring a small bucket for your water. You could cut the top off a gallon milk jug
or use Tupper Ware. An old towel is useful for wiping your hands and
cleaning up your wheel. You will need pottery tools for throwing. The Kemper
pottery tool kit (PTK) costs $12.00 and I have them in stock. Tee shirts are
better than long sleeves for throwing. An apron is optional for throwing. Clay
washes off clothes easily. However, some glazes and oxides do stain
clothing (particularly iron oxide). So consider bringing an apron for glazing.
